The rated load of bearing is divided into static rated load of bearing and rated load of bearing.
A static load bearing: Bearing in the following conditions, shall be calculated using the basic static load rating C0, low speed (n<10 r/min) slow reciprocating swing, remain stationary for long time under the action of load, for rotation (under dynamic stress) or static state of the bearing, only in load a short period of time, must also check the safety coefficient, including maximum load or impact load. The basic rated static load ISO 76:1981 standard is equivalent to the center position of the most heavy rolling and raceway contact, which calculates the contact stress:
Automatic self-aligning ball bearing is 4600Mpa
All other ball bearings are 4200Mpa
All roller bearings are 4000Mpa
Under this stress the permanent deformation of the rolling body and raceway will be approximately 0.0001 of the diameter of the rolling body. For radial bearings, the load is pure radial load; for thrust bearings, the axial load acting on the center of the bearing.
Checking the static load of bearings: refers to the calculation of static load safety factor, which is defined as: "s0=C0/P0" type:
C0 = Basic rated static load, KN
P0 = equivalent static load, KN
S0 = static load safety factor
When calculating the equivalent static load, the maximum possible load should be substituted into the formula.
Two, bearing dynamic load: the basic rated dynamic load C, in the calculation of dynamic stress in the bearing, that is, bearing under load rotation of bearings. The expression is shown to reach ISO 281:1990 basic bearing life at 1000000 RPM bearing load. The magnitude and direction of the load are assumed to be constant. For radial bearings, the load is pure radial load; for thrust bearings, the axial load acting on the center of the bearing.
The definition of bearing life, in which a bearing ring and the rolling body for the first time the metal fatigue (spalling or fracture) signs before bearing can achieve speed under a certain speed of working hours; practice has proved that, on the surface of the same bearing in the same working conditions, can still achieve different life. |
