Installation Precautions:
1. If the opening and closing times are short, apply a clean wrapper to cover the bearing. If the interval between unpacking and assembly is long, re-wrap the bearing in a clean wrapper. Dust-proofing agents on bearings are usually compatible with most lubricants, so new bearings need not be cleaned prior to assembly. If the bearing surface is contaminated with more dust-proofing agents, use a clean cloth to remove it from the outside diameter of the bearing, As well as erase the edges.
2. If it is used for machine tool spindle and other high-speed, precision parts of the use of special lubricant bearings, the probation period may need cleaning.
3. If the bearings with different production lot numbers are used in common, or if the bearings are installed in the opposite direction, the clearance or preload may not be correct. If the clearance is too small, the temperature will rise at work, resulting in bearing burns; the other hand, if the clearance is too large, may cause vibration caused by running accuracy.
