Motor bearings use smooth metal balls or rollers as well as lubricated inner ring and outer ring metal surfaces to reduce friction. These balls or rollers "carry" the load, supporting the motor shaft, allowing the motor (rotor) to rotate smoothly.
(1) bearing kerosene washed, pressed into the bearing, the outer ring of the bearing roller to fill the Shell III Lithium Grease to two-thirds full, evenly coated with a net hand, fitted bearing gland, with Tu Bolts, anti - loose plastic fastening bolts pressed bearing gland;
(2) bearings for the inner sleeve separable cylindrical roller bearings, bearings should be set on the shaft and in place;
(3) the bearing housing installed on the chassis, if the grease filling hole, must be aligned position. Tighten the bearing seat with the fastening bolts of the anti-loose rubber bolts;
(4) the eccentric block installed on the shaft and in place, a shaft key should be installed into the keyway key shaft and then install the eccentric block, the shaft with the retaining ring installed on the shaft;
(5) tighten the eccentric block fastening bolts, turning adjustable eccentric block, to reach the pre-removal angle and tighten the position of its fastening bolts. After completion of the above assembly, the shaft should have a certain axial string;
(6) on the vibration motor at both ends of the protective cover, fastened with screws.
